2. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, icons and source code — is the property of Eggstech or our licensing partners. You may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without written consent.
3. Consulting and development services
Every project delivered by Eggstech is governed by a separate written agreement between the two parties. That agreement defines scope, timelines, fees, SLA, source-code ownership and confidentiality clauses.
4. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate, timely information and to cooperate during delivery. Eggstech is not liable for damages caused by incorrect or delayed information from the client.
5. Limitation of liability
In any case, Eggstech’s financial liability shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to these Terms
Eggstech may update these Terms at any time. The latest version becomes effective when posted. Please check this page periodically.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
